This soft and slowly cooked beef stewed in ‘Petrus oud Bruin’ with fresh garden cress and pickled mustard seeds tastes heavenly in combination with our crispy fried Frites.

My indonisian peanut sauce with kaffir lime is served with crunchy fried onion, roasted peanuts and Rempjek.

The Royale Shrip cCoquette is made according to Sergio Herman’s own recipe, with restaurant level taste quality. This exclusive croquette owes its exceptionally nice flavour to the shrimp from the North Sea. The Zeeland shrimp croquette is served in classic style, with fresh tartare sauce, a slice of lime and deep-fried parsley.

The Frites Atelier Creamy Cheese croquette is filled with five different cheeses, such as Gruyère, Parmigiano Reggiano and ripened Cheddar cheese. These top cheeses give them a full, creamy flavour. For the presentation, the cheese is lightly sprinkled with fresh tomato powder and served with basil mayonnaise.

For those who prefer not to have meat between a bun, we have a super tasty alternative in the form of a delicious veggie burger with a combination of aioli and harissa, a fresh pickle mix and finely chopped pointed cabbage.

It's all in the texture of the chicken and the ingredients of the burger. Extra breaded and a crispy, cloud-like exterior, it's a taste sensation like no other. Served in a brioche bun, accompanied by finely chopped pointed cabbage salad with mustard and sushi vinegar, melted cheddar cheese, and a spicy Korean mayonnaise. Topped with a pickle mix.
